Brad Pitt has finally opened up about his engagement to Angelina Jolie.
However, those hoping to see the Hollywood power couple walk down the aisle this year could be left disappointed, as Pitt revealed at Cannes that the pair are yet to set a date for the big day.
"We have no date at all right now - there is no date. We're still hoping for marriage equality in the States before we [wed]," the star told People magazine.
The actor, who proposed to Jolie in April 2012, said that their decision to marry was "something that made sense" to both of them.
Pitt is in Cannes to promote his new film, Killing Them Softly, in which he plays a gangster working for a professional hitman.
